Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer
   • Cancellations made 7 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Jai Garuda Subh Yatra
   • In case of unforeseen circumstances where we need to cancel the trip, a full refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
   • Processing fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
4. No-Show Policy
   • If a traveler fails to board the train without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
